Doctoral Studies
In the context of its study-through-research mission, the École Centrale Paris has a Doctoral School in Engineering Sciences accredited by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, de la Recherche et de la Technologie ( École Doctorale n° 287 ).
Following the European reform of the university systems Ecole Centrale Paris is entitled to deliver the diploma of Master of Research. This diploma widens the current offer of the DEA (Diplôme d'Études Approfondies).
Admission requirements
The DEA admission file remains nevertheless valid to register to a Master of research mention.
It is then possible to continue this formation by a thesis in one of the laboratories of the Research center.
Students are conferred the title of " Docteur de l'École Centrale Paris " after successful performance at the viva.
