Organizational Modeling and Management (MoMO) M2

The courses for the MoMO (Organizational Modeling and Management) specialization are offered at École Centrale Lille exclusively. It is designed to prepare second year Master’s students for careers in industrial R&D, academic research, and consulting in organization modeling (company information systems) and in innovative organization management. The main goal is to provide the necessary skills to design and improve business and administration information systems and organizational processes.

Process modeling is organized along two major axes:

  • Organization modeling: model driven engineering, company modeling, logistics processes, interoperability and ontologies
  • Organization management: knowledge management, change management, innovation management, company creation processes, and design engineering

This double expertise, based on research in engineering sciences (and more specifically in information and communication technologies) and in management sciences, enables graduates to provide methodological improvements to the quality and performance of the innovation, design, transformation, and implementation processes of companies and organizations, more generally.

Pedagogy

Students are trained and evaluated on their capacity to analyze, propose, implement and sell information systems solutions (technologies and IT solutions) and new organizational forms adapted to the changing needs of companies, products and services, and clients.
