The Ecole Centrale Paris is a founder member of the TIME network, which is in operation since 1999. In 2009, it is on our School’s campus that the network celebrates its 20 years. Among the 2,500 TIME graduates, more than a half has a double degree from Centrale Paris.

The TIME Programme is part of Centrale Paris’ international strategy that aims to:

• Internationalize recruitment to the École Centrale Paris, by opening up the educational program to students from industrialized countries
• Offer students from Ecole Centrale Paris the possibility of following degree courses in other countries
• Affirm the recognition of the quality of a degree from the École Centrale Paris as one of the best in Europe and in the World.
• In order to achieve these objectives, the École Centrale Paris has chosen to link up with over thirty prestigious technological universities among the best ones in Europe and, for some years, in the rest of the world (Brazil, China, Japan).

The Ecole Centrale Paris uses the TIME network to promote and recognised academic excellence and relevance to the international labour market in the form of Double Degrees in engineering and in related fields.

Students, chosen from amongst the best in their respective Universities, study for a total of between five and six years and are awarded two Masters-level Degrees from two different countries at the end of their study.
In order to assert the bicultural character of the education, exchanges are organized to offer, within the framework of the overall degree course, studies that integrate the most specific and best elements of the training program of each establishment.
TIME graduates are, after this education, able to work transnationally and in trans-cultural environments.
