Tuition and Fees for the Centrale Paris Summer School 2011 are €2400 for two intensive academic courses and €3350 for three courses.

Participants coming from a partner university will receive a 5% discount (€3282.50 for three courses and €2280 for two courses). Participants enrolling along with four other participants from the same university (partner or not) can also receive a 5% discount. It is not possible to benefit from both discounts.

Late applications may be accepted on space-available basis.

The fee includes:

• 2 or 3 courses,
• scheduled meals,
• field trips (non optional),
• scheduled museum and entrance fees,
• company visits and administrative fee.

The fee does not include:

• Accomodation on Centrale Paris Campus
• Health Care Insurance covering you when you are abroad
• Round trip air fare
• Public Transportation except for some company visits or transfer from the airport to Centrale Paris Campus
• Meals, except those listed in the program

PAYMENT

• The participant must pay a €250 administration fee upon receipt of acceptance to guarantee his or her enrolment;
• The participant must pay the balance of the total cost of the program by: April 30th, 2011;
• If this sum is not paid by April 30th, 2011 or if you cancel your participation before April 15th, a €250 administration fee will not be refunded.
• Any cancellations after April 15th, 2011 will be subject to the following penalties;

PAYMENT MEANS

To pay for the 50% of the tuition and fees, the students have to pay by bank money order to our bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For cancellations made before April 30^th, 2010, a €250 administration fee will be retained;
• For cancellations made between April 30^th, 2010 to May 15^th, 2010, 40% of the total fees will be retained;
• For cancellations made after May 15^th, 2010, 80% of the total fees will be retained;
• In case of a no show for the program, 100% of the fees will be retained.

The Ecole Centrale Paris reserves the right to cancel the Summer School should a proper class size not be obtained.
