New Deputy Director for Centrale Paris

The École Centrale Paris announces the nomination of Christian Fontanel to the post of Deputy Director.

From October 3, 2011, Christian Fontanel will share responsibilities with Hervé Biausser, the School’s Director, for the strategy and operations of the School.

Aged 61, Christian Fontanel is a graduate of the École Centrale Paris (1974) and of the Center for Business Excellence (Executive MBA from the HEC Group – 1984). Christian Fontanel has held numerous positions of responsibility throughout his career including Director of Strategy and then Director of Internal Audit at the EDF Group.
He has also had a number of teaching activities, particularly at the Centre for Business Excellence (Executive MBA of the HEC group) and at the École Centrale.
