Housing at Centrale Paris Campus

The Résidence des Élèves de l'École Centrale Paris, is a Hall of Residence constructed next to the new École; it was inaugurated on the 17th October 1969 by Georges POMPIDOU, the French President.

This Hall of Residence comprises 12 houses (a total of 1,330 beds): 9 houses with 898 single rooms, 1 house with 116 double rooms, 1 house with 64 flats for married students, a new international house with 136 single rooms.
It also includes a group of buildings incorporating cultural, leisure and sporting facilities: a library, a discotheque, a music room, a sports hall, meeting rooms, various workshops, an auditorium with 300 seats, various workshops, a bar - cafeteria.

The students in the École can benefit from very appreciable advantages. Apart from the fact that it allows engineering students to live on the same campus as the École, the Maison des Élèves offers its residents a community life that is both intense and convivial. This community life allows the engineering students to complement their training with varied activities that allow them to develop and cultivate their sense of responsibility and team spirit.
